These terms govern your use of vibesnitch.com and the VibeSnitch service. By using VibeSnitch, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Acceptable use

You may only scan apps, websites, or code that you own or have explicit permission to test. You must not use VibeSnitch to probe, attack, or gain unauthorized access to systems you don't control. You're responsible for how you use the results.

What VibeSnitch is — and isn't

VibeSnitch is an automated aid that flags common security and app-store-readiness issues. It is not a guarantee of security, a professional security audit, or legal or compliance advice. A clean score does not mean your app is free of vulnerabilities, and we don't promise we'll catch every issue. Use good judgment and, for high-stakes projects, consult a qualified professional.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free scans give you a score at no cost.
• Paid plans (Watchdog and Studio) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeSnitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from vulnerabilities, breaches, rejections, or issues that a scan did or did not identify.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
